Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, cassia, cloves, mace, allspice, orange

Whole spices for a classic mulled wine. Add the contents of the bag to a pan with 4 bottles of wine or half wine/half water or orange juice. Add 100g of sugar and bring to a simmer (DON'T BOIL!) and leave to infuse for 20 minutes before serving.
