Shichimi togarashi is a hot, crunchy Japanese blend of spices with plenty of chilli heat but also a delicious texture from both black and white sesame seeds, unusual iodine flavour from the nori seaweed and a slightly sour element from the sansho pepper. uses: Use shichimi togarashi as a table condiment for seasoning noodles, rice and soups.
