Ingredients: amchur, salt, cumin, black pepper, coriander, ginger, ajowan seed, mint, asafoetida

A wonderful blend used in India to season salads and snacks. The chaat masala mix tastes salty, sour and spicy and it is this balance that is so effective as a dry seasoning.
