fragrant tagine spice blend

Make a fantastic fragrant tagine with this mix of cassia, cardamon, cumin,
spicy chilli and the legendary Ras el Hanout blend. Ras el Hanout is
the most complex of spice blends, combining up to 30 different ingredients ranging from coriander
and turmeric, to rose petals and saffron giving an amazing perfume and wonderful flavour.

Simply fry 1 sliced onion with chopped garlic then add the contents of this pack, 600g diced chicken, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 200ml of water, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp honey. Simmer together for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickened.
