A versatitle Mexican-style seasoning

A blend of various Mexican chillies, cinnamon, allspice, Mexican oregano and smoked paprika. The ancho chilli adds a lovely sweet flavour with elements of dried fruit, the pasilla has a deeply savoury flavour and the chipotle has a lovely smoky spicy flavour. Together they make a fantastic blend that’s great on chicken, fish or vegetables

Sprinkle generously onto chicken before frying or grilling when you’re making fajitas, or use the seasoning on fries in place of salt
