rubbed up the roast way!
herb & spice rub for roast meat or vegetables
A delicious blend of sea salt, cracked pepper,
toasted coriander and cumin plus thyme, sage
and parsley to season all kinds of roast meat or
root vegetables. The mix has a lovely depth of
flavour with a sweet aromatic fragrance from
the caraway, allspice and nutmeg. It’s a very
family friendly mix with very little heat so use it
with confidence!
Use as a kind of all-purpose seasoning in place of
salt and pepper or try any of these simple ideas:
Add a generous sprinkle to roast
potatoes before putting them in the oven
Use as a seasoning for roast chicken
(or lamb)
Cut up any mix of root vegetables, roll
in olive oil and a pinch of this mix then
roast at a high heat until caramelised
around the edges

fennel seeds, sage, ground nutmeg, garlic powder,
ground allspice, crushed black pepper
