coriander seeds
origin: Russia/Bulgaria
Small dark coriander seeds with a wonderful intense citrussy scent and
flavour. The smaller coriander seed is perhaps more suited to sweeter
applications of coriander seed in desserts or particularly good with fish
or pork, whereas the larger Indore seed is to my mind better suited to
pungent mixes such as curry.
