All prices listed on the website include FREE Delivery within the UK - Minimum order is £5. Orders are all sent 1st class post but please be aware this is not a guaranteed next day service! If you desperately need something next day please give us a call and we can send it on a guaranteed service. We always aim to send orders within 24-48 hours but there may be times where an item is out of stock or some other unforeseen problem in which case we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.

If your order is just a couple of small packs, we'll try and pack them in a box that will fit through a letterbox but many orders are too large for this. If you won't be home to accept the delivery please leave a note for the postman to leave the box in a safe place or give your delivery address as your work or alternative address during the day.

International Orders - the shopping cart will calculate airmail costs for overseas orders. We can accept orders for all countries including the US and Canada but NOT Australia. Please be aware that it's not possible to keep totally up-to-date with the current import regulations of every country in the world regarding duty, tax rates and agricultural restrictions. As the buyer you are regarded in law as the importer and are responsible for any duty, tax and import restrictions imposed by your countries customs. If you're unsure about your own country's regulations, it would be a good idea if you contact your local Department of Agriculture / Customs to fully clarify any restrictions on the import of any of our products you'd like to purchase.

Our internet sales are either through paypal or sagepay, both of whom offer an excellent level of security. We don't hold your credit card details ourselves or give any of your personal details to any 3rd parties.
