This was the first of the 12 recipes from the Xmas Calendar. It was delicious but it started me on a marathon of Spicery Cooking. You see there was some chicken left over and I had some prawns so............

YUM it looks like the Spicery cooking marathon has got off to a spectacular start, we can't wait to see the next creations!

Nice middle of the road curry, nothing amazing but still very nice. Cooked with chapattis which were a bit more hassle than they were worth. Kinda bland but great for scooping up the sauce!

Yum- looks like a tasty, flavoursome meal!

Now you’re talking! Did this with lamb instead of chicken. Slow cooked it in the oven. Served it with pilau rice and used the Haldi blend to make a Saag Aloo dish (potato and spinach) Really nice.

Yum looks like a delicious combination of flavours, nice blue cookware too!

Achari Chicken & Saag Paneer, there’s nothing better! One made with vegetarian chicken, both taste amazing. Better than any Indian takeaway!

What a feast, Alana! This looks delicious, and great job improvising to make both veggie and non-veggie versions - we're so happy to hear how much you enjoyed it. Who needs takeaways, ey?

The Achari chicken was absolutely delicious courtesy of The Spicery - How to be a curry legend. The blend of spices offers the perfect blend of heat thanks to the mirchi blend and the best combination of the earthiness of the cumin, cardamon and the roasted cracked indore coriander seed from the holding blend which was absolutely delicious and made sure that the curry met with our culinary approval. The Jeera spice mix with a hit of nigella seeds and brown mustard seeds works so well with all the blended spice mixes. Well done Spicery on making the best spice mix for our weekend meal.

This looks delicious, Elliott - we are so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed making this using your Curry Legend kit! Happy spicing!

9/3/22 - cooked for the in laws and wife tonight. Enjoyed by all. Wife was on parathas duty and she nailed it again!

It's great to hear that this dish went down a treat with everyone - well done to Mrs Telford for mastering parathas!

Achari chicken with brinjal bhagi, chilli mango and ginger chutneys, onion bhajhi, seekh kebabs and parathas. Brilliant recipe - succulent chicken and unctuous aubergine. Absolutely lovely.

Wow, what a feast! Great job, Richard - the perfect curry night!

As I hadn't made Achari Chicken for a while I decided to do it again. It is a delicious mild curry and the Jeera blend gives it a distinctive flavour.

This looks fabulous, Robin - great to hear that you love that nutty Jeera flavour, and that this is a dish you keep returning to!

Brilliant family recipe! Achari is a great child-friendly introduction to the next level of spice from Korma, and very easy to make. Benji and his little brother love it - two clean plates! Thanks Spicery

Ah, what a cutie! We always love seeing little Curry Legends in the making, and are so pleased to hear that his tastes are becoming more and more adventurous with the help of the Curry Legend kit! Next stop... vindaloo (ok, maybe not quite yet!)
