Levi enjoyed his Granny's Albondigas very much. He finished the Arroz Verde before the photo' could be taken. I have to admit I was stunned by both dishes too.

I have just looked back at my previous post for Albondigas. My Grandson Levi has changed so much since then. However his appetite for his Granny's Albondigas hasn't! I agree with him, it is so good. This is a great recipe and very family friendly.

Aw, look at little Levi - looking so grown up! Great to see that he's still eagerly tucking into the albondigas!
