The conditions are just right for the cultivation of bell peppers (capsicum), which are grown extensively in the area and so are known as Shimla chillies (mirch).

We loved making this recipe, the curry was delicious and even got a thumbs up from the teenagers!
So easy to do, kofta curry was so good along with the aloo, pickle was quite hot but with a lovely sweetness to it. The saffron pilau was beautiful, great taste
