Mother's Day Sunday roast with an Fusion twist. Saag Aloo, Green Peas Masala, Summer Veg Subji and a bit of local asparagus in Asparagus Poriyal. Fusion at it's best!!
Got a bag of the fine asparagus from our local grower, the least popular normally. But with some Spicery magic turned them into a great delicious starter. Much darker looking than the Spicery picture but you can't win them all.
Looks great to us! Happy spicing!
Felt an onion would help and it added an extra dimension to the dish. Served with a large Naan and enjoyed a delicious early summer supper in the garden. Couldn't ask for much more.
Great job adapting this recipe to add your own spin - it looks like a delicious and summery veggie dinner!
