  • 500g firm fleshed fish fillets - cut into bite-size pieces or whole prawns 
  • 1 red onion - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 3 tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies - sliced in half if you prefer more heat
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Bangladeshi Fish Curry made with king prawns, slices of fried courgette with mirchi spice mix, Sri Lankan Mallung and Jeera rice. The usual Mint Raita and Chulli Garlic Chutney to accompany. What a superb combination! Really great recipes.
