I was bought this as a present for my birthday and i thought it was such a great idea for food lovers. I have used two of the blends so far and they are really tasty and unlike others I have tried. Last night we used the Korean BBQ blend with some leftover venison and it was YUM!
I bought this as a gift and so far we have had the South Korean and Chinese spice mixes. We followed the recipes which were great, I loved the side dish made with the Korean spice. We also used some of the marinade with tofu and both worked really well with the tofu.
We're so happy to hear how much you're enjoying some interesting BBQ dishes from around the world - the idea of trying the marinade with tofu is a great one, and it sounds like it went down a treat!

The Korean BBQ beef was delicious and the Kimchi went really well with it. Loved using the gem lettuce leaves instead of taco shells or pittas to keep it healthy. Brilliant first meal from my around the world bbq kit.
