Some of the world's best kebabs come from Turkey, and there's a huge range to choose from. Here we’ve got Urfa kofta kebabs which are made from minced meat seasoned with Urfa chilli flakes and hand moulded into flattened sausage shapes, and sis kebabs which are seasoned pieces of meat threaded onto skewers - both types are equally delicious! Alongside we’re serving some classic Turkish accompaniments, a hot pepper paste, cooling cucumber yogurt (known as cacik) and a tangy bean, tomato and cucumber salad called fasulye piyazi. To round everything off, homemade gozleme - delicious Turkish flatbreads stuffed with parsley and feta.
