Served this with makhani Dal and Rice and Carrot Chutney. The Kabas need more salt and cheese and maybe onion. We added fresh chives but it did need something else. We will play tomorrow with the second half of the creation.

We added strong sheese onion and salt and it moved up to a 5/5
