  • 600g diced beef steak, lamb or chicken, or use meat-free chicken style pieces for a veg version
  • 500g new potatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber

  • 25g bunch of coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best) or dairy-free alternative
