  • 500g floury potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 25g bunch of coriander
  • 8 medium eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable is best)
