Bombay potatoes, saag paneer, with pilau rice and a lamb version of moghul chicken. We don't eat out for curry anymore! We must have saved so much money on eating out since I've become addicted to the curry legend recipes! I've even been asked to be someones personal chef! We recently had a family party during "Legend Month" with all the food cooked from the How to be a Curry Legend, Curry Legend Veg Curries & Curry Legend World Curry recipe books. It was legendary! There were beef, lamb, chicken, fish and many vegetarian dishes too. One of the most popular was Bombay Potatoes. It is simply delicious, comforting and very moreish!
