Shopping List
  • 4 chicken legs or large chicken thighs - skin removed if you prefer
  • 1 large onion - thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 5g bunch of thyme - leaves picked
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Brown Stew - swapped the chicken for beef as suggested and it is equally as tasty. Served with rice and peas and mango hot sauce.
