WOW! We went to Sri Lanka in our honeymoon, and I remember falling in love with Kottu Roti in a small town called Ella. Imagine my delight when I found this recipe. Even better, it is a fantastic representation of a special dish for us. Celebrating date night with our favourite. From the bottom of our hearts (and taste buds) thank you so much!

You're so welcome, Richard! We're really pleased to hear that this dish transported you straight back to Sri Lanka, and we hope you recounted some lovely memories from your honeymoon as you enjoyed eating the kottu roti!
