Bunny chow is one of the best known dishes from Durban, South Africa.

It’s a simple curry served in a hollowed-out loaf of bread (it was originally served as a streetfood and the bread made it portable - it soaks up all the juices and is possibly the best part!).

Bunny Chow from World Curries served with a mixed veg curry from Veg Curries. Serving in a bread bowl made a nice change from rice.

Looks like a perfect bunny chow, Laura - great job!
