Burns Night Haggis Matar
Haggis is the classic meal to be served on Burns night and here it’s been given a delicious Indian twist in the style of keema matar. Be sure to serve it with a pile of buttery ‘neeps and tatties’ and to follow it with a few drams of Scotch!

Great recipe perfect mix of flavours. Its on the menu for this week who needs to wait for Burns night
We did without the Neeps & Tatties but certainly did not do without the Amber Nectar over the top - not flambeed - as we wanted the kick. The other half is for tonight - can't wait
It's great to see you whipping up this Curry Legend recipe - it looks like you did a fab job with it! #happyspicing
When given a haggis with no neeps or tatties imagination has to take over. Mixed the Haggis into the onion sauce and poured it all over the Spaghetti. Bolognese will never be the same again
Scottish and Italian - now there's a fusion of cuisines we never thought we'd see! Great job, it looks really tasty!
I raised my game by getting out the Malt Whisky to flame the Haggis just before assembling the dish with the amazing orange pepper and onion sauce. I caught the photo just perfect - just like the Spicery Recipe. Thank you once again.
Wow, great job raising your game with this recipe and capturing such a brilliant photo of it!
Had a Haggis and some peas. So made a mixed Spicery Raita and found some flatbreads. The Haggis Matar was as good as ever and then suddenly it wasn't there anymore. More Spicery Magic!!!!
Yum - a perfect warming meal as the weather turns chillier! Great job!
