  • 300-400g shelled prawns (raw ones are best)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 10g bunch of coriander

Didn't have any prawns so freestyled with mushrooms (and then added a tin of mixed beans). Brilliant addition to fajitas - it meant the grown ups could have spice and the children could have mild chicken. Winning!
