  • 1 small cauliflower - cut into very small florets
  • 200g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 100g plain flour or use gram (chickpea) flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)

Spicery-led weaning with our old favourite, Cauliflower 65, plus Aloo Pakora and Coriander Raita. Teddy loved it!

This recipe recreated one of our favourite dishes from our local Indian restaurant and, I have to say, this was even better! A delicious blend of spices and a really well written recipe.
