Korma has its roots in Moghul cuisine which was intricate and expensive to prepare, due in part to the use of costly ingredients such as butter and almonds.

Lovely creamy curry. Loads of flavour in this dish definitely makes Cauliflower desirable. Quick and easy to make, could easily be a busy weekday meal.

We're happy to hear you enjoyed this meal and it was easy to make! It's a favourite here at Spicery HQ too!

A bit too sweet for me but the grandchildren loved it so it has to rate a "5". None left in any event.

Great to hear that your grandchildren loved this dish, Christopher - even if it was a little too sweet for your liking!
