Chana Masala with a side of Chilli Garlic Chutney and chapati. The Chana Masala is delicious and so easy to make. Great meal for Meat Free Mondays. The Chilli Garlic Chutney is my favourite - i'm constantly running out of Mirchi Blend because of it.
