Being Coeliac I have to be careful of what I eat. Before I got diagnosed I used to love KFC but now I have found a great alternative. Easy to follow recipe and being able to eat cornflour is a bonus. Great taste and I can’t recommend it enough.

It's really great to hear how much you loved this recipe, Scott - we're so pleased you've found a delicious gluten-free way to get your fried chicken fix!

My dad loves this recipe. Bought the Friday night curry as part of his birthday present. Rajahmundry chicken pulao with mango pickle. Delicious and a big hit from us all!

We are so pleased to hear how much your Dad is loving his birthday present, and this dish in particular - happy spicing!
