Shopping List
  • 4 chicken legs - slashed through to the bone in a couple of places
  • 25g bunch of coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic - roughly chopped
  • 2 green chillies - roughly chopped (seeds removed if you’d prefer less heat)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)

Loving trying all the recipes, King prawn garlic masala was a hit with everyone. Chicken Cafreal was a bit different, even nice cold to take to work the next day
