  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 1 medium onion - thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 2 green chillies - left whole
  • 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 50g ground almonds

We loved the sauce, it was deliciously creamy and mild. This recipe is currently my favourite, that is until I try my next new Curry Legend dish.
