Shopping List
  • 1 medium unripe mango (or 200g ready-prepared)
  • 1 red chilli (optional)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon is best)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
