Just made my first batch of these and they’re really good! Very easy to make, kept their shape, and taste awesome :o) Glad I bought 3 portions of spice blend as everyone wants more! :o) Due to egg allergies in the family I replaced the egg yolk with 1 tbsp flax mixed with 2.5tbsp water and put in the fridge to thicken. Worked great!

So cute - we're loving all the different shapes! And great job adapting the recipe to make it egg-less. We're so pleased to hear that they worked a treat!
