I absolutely love this salad and often make it as a side for my curry dishes. What’s more, my dad who hates salad loves it too. Lazy tip of the day, if short on time it still works well without frying some of the onions

The balance of sweet, salty and spicy flavours in this vibrant little salad definitely set it apart from a plate of bland leaves... we're not surprised (but still delighted!) to hear that even your salad-hating Dad loves it, and we all love a life hack for those lazy days!
