Curry Legend Mac & Cheese with Tomato Chutney
Here we’re using the Curry Legend blends to colour and spice up a classic mac & cheese sauce, then topping with chopped red onion and coriander just like a South Indian appam! Served with a simple but spicy tomato chutney, once you’ve tried Curry Legend mac & cheese you might find it difficult to go back to the original!

Delicious! We had 3/4 of the recipe between two of us because a) we weren't having anything else and b) we're greedy! The tomato chutney was gorgeous with it, a fab creamy/sharp contrast. Would be nice on a burger too. I used a bit more cheese and I would use slightly less spice in the sauce next time. Loved the onion topping even though I was unsure before I tried it.
Just when you thought Mac & Cheese couldn't get any better... oh it does! Great recipe for curry fans. A jazzed up version of a classic, loved it. Going to try Taco Legend version next time!
We have to agree, this mac and cheese recipe is just 'grate'- we can't wait to see your Taco Legend version!
