We've taken the 4 original Curry Legend blends and gone on a world tour! From the herb-scented curries of the Caribbean and the mild curries of Mauritius, to the Mamak stalls of Malaysia, the Katsu curries of Japan, the fragrant curries of Northern Thailand, and South African Bunny Chow - we've explored the world and discovered that everyone loves a good curry!
A centuries-long combination of trade, migration and the sheer deliciousness of Indian food has meant that the whole world now loves curry and has their own unique way of making it! Interestingly, despite these local differences, many of these curries share a common DNA in terms of the spices used to flavour them, so it's easy to recreate them with the same special 4 Curry Legend blends.

29/01/2022. Today I decided to cook a recipe from the "Curry Legends World Curries" book. Using my basic cookery Knowledge learned in the Royal Marines, I decided to give "Bunny Chow" a go. Following the recipe was a doddle and having the spice blends ready to hand made life a whole lot easier, as a carer for my wife I don't usually get a lot of time to cook but thanks to my trusty Wok and a slow cooker. I had the time to get on and do other things. We ate or meal about 4 hrs later and though I say so myself it was rather good, the conformation came a few hours after when my wife's carer arrived. The first thing she said when she came through the front door was, "have you been cooking" I told her I had and what I'd cooked. She told us that she is originally from Durban South Africa, I gave her a spoon so she could have a taste and she burst into tears, she said this reminded her of growing up in Durban and learning to cook with her Mom and Grandmother and I should congratulate myself for being "spot on " with the dish. So Thank you all at "Curry Legends" for making the job easy for me and also making my wife's carer a very happy lady...

Khao Soi from World Legend. Absolutely delicious and surprisingly low effort. Who knew I could like pak Choi? The toppings made the world of difference.

Wow. We got the kit for Christmas - best present ever!! This is our third Saturday night eat in - jalfrezi, kachumber & paratha. I don’t think we will ever get a takeaway curry again!! Super tasty but also really easy to make.

Worlds Easiest with Chicken, Leek, Fruit and Nut served with Saag Aloo and as a change Parsnip Aloo. The apricots and cashews did make a difference and the parsnips were used up in the best possible way.
That's a great way to use up leftover veg! Looks brilliant, Happy Spicing!

When the world curries book came out I wondered how the it was going to live up to the original... & not have they!!! Penang is my fav curry out the book, so flavoursome! So fresh tasting! Love it!
