This month we’ve got an Italian classic full of Mexican flavours. The lasagne is made with tortillas (like an enchilada) and the mince is cooked in a rich tomato salsa with ORÉGANO BLEND and ANCHO BLEND, then layered with a simple chili con queso white sauce to put a new spin on a family favourite!

Love this…. We crumbled some nachos on top to give it a bit of crunch, wow it’s filling and packed full of flavour

Looks delicious, Iain - the idea of adding some crumbled nachos on top sounds amazing too! We're really pleased you enjoyed it. Happy spicing!

Really and tasty and easy to follow recipe. We switched the cream for a healthier crème fraîche and topped with chopped coriander.

Yum - this looks delicious, Amelia! Great job! We love the vibrant pop of colour from the onions and coriander.
