  • 600g tropical fruit (eg papaya, pineapple, watermelon, mango, banana etc)
  • 1 lime
  • 300ml double or whipping cream
  • 50g mixed nuts or seeds (a mixture of pumpkin seeds and flaked almonds works well)
  • 50g sugar
