  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 20g bunch of coriander
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)

Together with tomatilla salsa, savoy cabbage, pickled red onions and sour cream in a wheat tortilla wrap.

Yum! Looks like a wonderful wrap and terrifically tangy!
