  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 3 peppers (any colour)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

Taco Legend fest for Hogmanay. Luckily Santa brought me a taco press so could make fresh tacos (which is even better as I am coeliac and can’t have lots of shop bought ones!)

What a feast! This all looks amazing, Betty. And a big thumbs-up to Santa, too - making your own fresh tacos is really simple, we're sure you'll have lots of fun using that!

Great with the recommended toppings but not as special as some of the other taco fillings in How to Be a Taco Legend.

Sorry to hear that this isn't your favourite Taco Legend filling, but we're pleased that it worked a treat with all of the suggested toppings!
