Ezme Salad

Ezme is a speciality from southern Turkey where the food tends to be spicier and more highly seasoned than the rest of the country. The tomatoes are marinated with the Aleppo and Urfa chilli flakes in our BIBER BLEND, then dressed with lemon juice and pomegranate molasses for a fabulous alternative to a standard tomato salad.
