Shopping List
  • 500g beef or pork mince (or a mixture of the 2)
  • 1 large onion - roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic - roughly chopped
  • Fresh ginger - roughly chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 10g bunch of parsley - finely chopped
  • 100ml milk (any type)
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 400g tin of tomatoes

22/6/22 - cooked these meatballs on a wim. Luckily I had all ingredients in. Delicious! We had the extra sauce mixed through pasta, sausage and mushroom. This meal was just as nice as the first.

Have made this before with chips but it was really nice with mash as suggested in the book, delicious!!
