This Anglo-Indian chutney works with pretty much any fruits and is always a favourite on the table at the Spicery!

Shopping List
  • 1 large cooking apple - cored, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces (about 300g prepared weight)
  • 30g raisins or sultanas (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 2 tbsp sugar

This is great chutney, it's sweet, fruity and has a kick! I couldn't wait 'til it had cooled before trying it with some cheese!
