Shopping List
  • 800g diced pork (shoulder is best)
  • 1 medium red onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped (seeds removed if you prefer less heat)
  • 2 tomatoes - roughly chopped 
  • 10g bunch of coriander (optional) - roughly chopped
  • 1 lime

I love this dish (Geera pork with Lime pepper sauce) … controversial but because pork shoulder not accessible I used belly pork. I always reduce oil in recipe so worked well for me!
