Here we've got a rich chicken stew flavoured with spices unique to Georgia - French marigold petals (known as kviteli kvavili in Georgian) and blue fenugreek (utskho suneli). It's served here with a creamy walnut dressed salad and flatbreads.

This is literally the tastiest thing I’ve ever eaten, with such a unique and rich flavour. Straight forward to make so long as you have a hand blender or similar and so so worth it, buy this now.
