This is one of my favorite curries from The Spicery so far. It has such a rich and complex flavor. I used veal instead of beef based on what was available in my supermarket and the texture was incredible.

We're so pleased you loved this one, Christa - great to hear it worked a treat with veal!

5/5

Love this - rich, quite complex, spicy but not overpowering and just a little different to asian curries. Definitely a keep and repeat.

It's great to hear how much you loved this rich, spicy, nutty curry. Happy spicing!
