Shopping List
  • 4 chicken leg portions or 8 chicken thigh portions on the bone
  • 750g floury potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 red chillies (seeds removed if you prefer less heat) OR 4-8 birdseyes chillies (if you like it really spicy!)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider is best)

Banging taste wedges good compliment. Super easy to prepare and the extra sauce goes straight in the fridge for another day.

Glad you enjoyed this, it's always a plus when there's some leftover sauce too!
