Vanilla Blend: vanilla, allspice
Cinnamon Sugar: cinnamon, sugar
Pickle Blend: dill seed, dill leaf, yellow MUSTARD, garlic
Caraway Blend: caraway, black pepper

- 350g floury potatoes
- 250g mushrooms (any type)
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 peppers (any colour)
- 1 cooking apple
- 300ml sour cream
- 125ml milk (any type)
- 100g butter
- 1 egg (any size)
- 200g filo pastry (about 6 sheets)
- 400g tin of tomatoes
- 200g dried cherries (or you could use raisins)
- 100ml vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
- 135g sugar
- 100g self-raising flour
