Needed some quick and easy carbs after gym and swim. No pomegranite on hand so I used grapefruit pieces. So good to have some real food as fast food.
Anything with pomegranate seeds is fine by me! The additions (along with nuts and dried fruit) are a very simple way of jazzing up cous cous, plus the spices add a warming fragrance. Loved by the whole family!
We have to agree this recipe really sparkles like a beautiful Jewell!
