About Us

At the Spicery we create recipe kits that make cooking the world’s most delicious food, really easy and fun. We produce everything in-house from developing and testing the recipes, blending and packing the spice blends to designing the packaging.

The Role

This is an exciting and varied position within our small office team, initially covering all aspects of customer service - writing emails, answering phone calls, responding to social media posts and helping customers who visit the on-site shop. There will also be opportunities to help with proof-reading, website updates, graphic design and social media.
Over time there will be chances to work in different areas, depending on your skills and interests as promotions are made internally and new jobs are being created all the time.

Ideally you’d have experience within a similar role but for us, aptitude and interest are just as important!

Full-time - Monday-Friday, 9-5
Location - Central Bristol (behind Temple Meads)
Start Date - July/August 2019

About You

This role will suit a friendly, careful and methodical person who's able to write and communicate extremely well, be enthusiastic and imaginative and also be happy spending the working day covered in a light dusting of ground spices!
