Freeze-dried to preserve the stunning colour and scent of the kaffir lime leaves. Simply crush in your hands to release the oils and add to a Thai curry paste, soup or curry. USES: Many uses in Thai cooking - curry pastes and soups in particular. Shred the lime leaves finely and scatter over a Thai-style salad seasoned with a dressing of fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and chilli. The ground leaf can be added to fish cakes, marinades and rubs, try stirring a little into mayonnaise and adding some garlic and chilli to make an interesting dip to serve with Thai food.

I prodotti sono di altissima qualità e, anche se i tempi di consegna variano in modo drammatico da una volta all'altra e sono spesso imprevedibili (quindi li eviterei se fossi alle strette coi tempi o volessi fare un regalo ad altri), non ho mai avuto problemi. L'unica cosa che continua a non convincermi è il sito Web da cui si selezionano i prodotti: la navigazione non è molto intuitiva e la suddivisione delle categorie e dei prodotti disponibili risulta alquanto caotica. A volte la ricerca per parole chiave non dà il risultato atteso e devo trivellare i vari menu a mano per trovare quello che cerco. Trovo un po' frustrante i cambiamenti continui nella linea di prodotti (per esempio, mi era piaciuto molto un mix di spezie per grill e insalate che poi non è più stato disponibile) e non sempre mi soddisfano i pacchetti proposti, preferirei comporli personalmente, scegliendo tra vari tipi di piatti e non dover optare per una serie intera di piatti vegetariani piuttosto che di curry. Più flessibilità nella composizione dei menu sarebbe apprezzata. Per il resto, non ho che complimenti e mi ritengo una cliente molto soddisfatta ! Grazie, Alessandra

I am really impressed with the speed and the " No drama " delivery! I will be using you again , I live in France and why it has the " Gourmet " nomclature, of the world, is , frankly, pardon the pun, beyond me, as l cannot get a lot of the things l need to cook, still the sun is bright, we cannot be greedy and have everything!!!??

I have always had great success with all the kits I have ordered and quickly realised that all the prep work should be done before starting to cook, otherwise cooking can be quite frenetic. This is a great way to try different foods of the world. As far as the spices are concerned, each one that I have received has been really fresh thus giving me really tasty food.

My order was delivered within a couple of days, packaged so it could drop through the letter box. Everything I ordered was included. I have ordered from The Spicery for the past 2 or 3 years and find their service excellent, their spices always very fresh and beautifully packaged. They are great value for money too and I would recommend them to anyone.
